At frapete, we provide the highest quality products you can buy and stand by what we sell.
Should you receive a faulty product, a wrongly despatched or lost in the post, we will do everything to help to resolve the issue.
Should a courier or postal service lose or mess you around, we will do all we can.
We have sent replacements before a lost item has been declared lost, and we normally will resolve this with the shipping company on your behalf.
We have a grand old policy that no customer is left behind.

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, frapete Products will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:
You return the item within fourteen days of purchase (subject to our approval).
You provide your frapete Tax Invoice.
The item must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened, and the security seal is still intact.
All items, including instruction manuals, are returned with the product.
If these requirements are not met, frapete reserves the right to refuse an exchange voucher or refund for change-of-mind returns and charge a restocking fee of $25.
If you cannot present your frapete Tax Invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase, frapete reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Where you seek a refund for any item that was purchased as part of a ‘deal’ or bundle, frapete may refund the price in accordance with deal eligibility. No refund will be given on free items, and any refund amount may be recalculated if your return results in deal eligibility no longer being met.
